About Us
Tri was founded in 2001 on a small number of core values that remain key to how we operate today.
Being instrumental in successfully introducing two parties is the reasons why we come to work every day – fulfilling both client and candidate specifications. The partnership we create is based on advice, guidance and direction, ensuring the right fit for both the client and the candidate. We meet with all of our clients and candidates on a face to face basis to fully understand any roles and the personalities involved. This allows us to match more than a CV, for us it needs to be a perfect fit.
Our team at Tri is dedicated to consolidating your needs whether you are a Client or Candidate. We specialise in providing temporary, contract and permanent solutions within the commercial sector. Our job is twofold, to offer you the best possible selection of jobs or to provide a company with exceptional talent. With our recruitment experience and complete commitment to helping you find your ideal job or secure that perfect candidate, we believe we can help you with your recruitment journey.
After so many years of successful recruiting, Tri are really excited to be in a position that allows us to give back to the local community. We are donating 3% of all permanent recruitment fees to support 3 charities who all specialise in reducing isolation and loneliness in the area to create a more cohesive community so by using Tri for your recruitment needs you will be creating this positive impact in the community.
Our chosen charities are:
Befriending Service
We’re really excited because we are creating a local version of the ‘Old People’s Home for 4 year olds’ enabling preschool children to have tea parties, art and craft workshops and book reading events with older people in the area to reduce their feelings of isolation and loneliness, increasing confidence for everyone involved.
The Friendship Project
Enabling children who are in need to go out with volunteers, for friendship and fun. There are currently 62 children in the area who are caring for a sick parent or experiencing very difficult home situations. Together we will be helping these children to have some time out, at the park, Jump In or the cinema with some spending money which is a rare treat and really improves the children’s self-esteem and self-worth.
Dogs For Good
We are working with this charity who provide assistance dogs to people with physical disabilities and train community therapy dogs who help people in hospitals, schools and children with autism.
