SALARY: £12,794.00 PA (38 weeks per year).

Fantastic term time only opportunity!.  The role of the Sales Coordinator is to develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work closely with organisers to develop successful partnerships to promote our products and services.

You will have a drive and determination to reach targets/goals and will be motivated by the results you achieve. Previous sales experience or working within a target driven environment is desirable however training is provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate their passion to succeed.

You will be a confident, ambitious and resilient individual who prides themselves in delivering customer service excellence and will possess excellent communication skills via telephone and email with good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Main Responsibilities:
• Securing bookings from existing and new customers
• Maintaining an integrated sales and marketing prospects database
• Building relationships and ensuring maximum customer retention
• Ensuring call lists are qualified and completed
• Contributing to weekly team meetings

Our client is looking for:
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Previous experience in a sales environment and working to targets is essential
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Excellent communication skills delivered with enthusiasm and passion for the business
• Outbound call experience is a desirable aspect of the role
