New 3 month Recruitment Executive opportunity at an expanding, independent mobile games developer based in Leamington Spa. Our client has rapidly become a key industry player in mobile gaming, launching several hit games with many millions of players around the world.

As the Recruitment Executive you’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to understand the specialist roles that are required and the company culture.  You’ll think creatively to attract top quality talent using all possible methods, including marketing, networking and research.

Main Responsibilities:
· Headhunting and directly sourcing talented candidates
· Maintaining a strong networking presence within the industry and with universities
· Reviewing applications and screening candidates
· Being part of the interview process
· Attending recruitment and industry events to attract talent

Our client is looking for:
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· At least 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in a technical environment
· Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
· Ability to travel from time to time
· Interest for mobile games would be a plus
