SALARY:£25,000 PA.

Forward thinking company within the financial sector are searching for a Client Services Manager. The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to a wide and varied clients, both Employers and Employees. The role requires a careful balance of customer service skills with strong back office administration skills. Customer service needs to be delivered in an upbeat tone of voice which reflects our modern ‘can do’ culture.

As a regulated business, much of this service needs to be carefully delivered to agreed compliance and service standards and a fundamental part of the role is to maintain exemplary client and business records.

Main Responsibilities:
·Manage service to Employers and Employees and ensure that each employee’s case is handled appropriately
·Liaise with the company’s Employer Solutions channel to ensure ongoing servicing of new and existing Employers and Employees
·Provide admin support to the company’s Paraplanners when required
·Liaise with the company’s Financial Planners to ensure that advice reports are delivered in a timely manner
·Maintain accurate customer and business records to the standards required by the FCA
·Promote awareness of company profile and brand
·Assist with the testing of new advice systems as required
·Ensure that all telephone calls and emails to the company are handled appropriately
·Handle administration of all incoming post
·Support and engage in all activities relating to driving up user numbers
·Carry out monthly payroll and product provider uploads for Employers
·Monthly reconciliation of Employer Data to include joiners, leavers and any changes
·Liaise with Product Providers as and when required
·Adhere to all Information Security policies and procedures

Our client is looking for:
·Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
·Strong administrative skills
·Excellent organisation/time management skills
·Able to communicate and/or present credibly and effectively at all levels
·Capable of managing change
·Ability to learn new IT systems as required
·Competence in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
·Understanding of Financial Services – preferably in the regulated financial advice sector
·Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an internet based business
·Evidence of business administration and/or customer service activities undertaken
