We have an exciting opportunity to join a team of individuals who excel within a fast paced, challenging and hugely rewarding environment to be a Contact Centre Executive dedicated to a premium motor vehicle manufacturer. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the fleet sales growth of one the world’s largest car manufacturer.
The team are responsible for generating new business customer leads for passing to a field team of Area Fleet Sales Managers. Operating as one complete team, the Contact Centre Executive will work closely with the field team and share the joint objective of delivering successful prospect meetings which ultimately result in the growth of vehicle sales.
The primary task for this role is to generate new customer leads by outbound telephone prospecting. Supported by a very strong and respected vehicle brand with an innovative and exciting product range, the Contact Centre Executive will be required to highlight the brands product benefits in order to secure a meeting with the respective Area Fleet Sales Manager.

Whilst industry knowledge is not essential, the willingness to develop excellent product knowledge and enthuse about the strong attributes of this manufacturers brand will be critical to securing introductions. Microsoft Office experience is required. Previous outbound/sales experience would be advantageous.
