SALARY:£18,000 PA STARTING SALARY.
We are recruiting for an entry level Accounts Administrator role based in the Thurmaston area of Leicester. Our client is manufacturing company that specialises in the manufacture of products used in house upgrades. They deal with both trade clients and members of the public and have seen a huge increase in demand over the past 2 years. Through growth, this company has gone from a relatively small outfit, to a purpose-built manufacturing site and increased personnel throughout the company.
As the Accounts Administrator, you will be supporting the Finance Manager with both Sales and Purchase Ledger and other day to day requirements.
Accounts Administrator Main Responsibilities:
• Allocating daily payments to orders
• Generating and issuing Sales Invoices/ Credit notes to customers
• Emailing and calling clients to collect outstanding payments
• Processing refunds
• Raising and sending PO’s to Suppliers
• Processing, matching and posting purchase invoices
• Checking Statements
• Answering incoming calls
• Managing and solving customer queries
Our client is looking for:
You should have approx 12 months experience in a similar position with excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed and progress. An organised individual, who is computer literate and motivated to meet deadlines and willing to work as part of a close knit team.
